In the "Netflix and Chill'' section today I will be giving review about those animated movies that will spellbound even the non-anime viewers!

1) Grave of the Fireflies

During her family's move to the suburbs, a sullen 10-year-old girl wanders into a world ruled by gods, witches, and spirits, and where humans are changed into beasts.

Told in three interconnected segments, we follow a young man named Takaki through his life as cruel winters, cold technology, and finally, adult obligations and responsibility converge to test the delicate petals of love.

On a journey to find the cure for a Tatarigami's curse, Ashitaka finds himself in the middle of a war between the forest gods and Tatara, a mining colony. In this quest he also meets San, the Mononoke Hime.

Knack For Snacks: Easy Way to Make Homemade Waffles


INGREDIENTS
·        2 ¼ cups milk
·        1 stick (1/2 cup) unsalted butter, cut into cubes, plus more for the waffle iron
·        15 grams sugar (1 tablespoon)
·        5 grams salt (1 teaspoon)
·        1 package active dry yeast (2 1/4 teaspoons)
·        240 grams all-purpose flour (2 cups)
·        90 grams whole wheat flour (3/4 cup), or use all-purpose flour
·        2 large eggs
·        ¼ teaspoon baking soda
   
                                                         PREPARATION
            In a small pot over medium heat, combine milk and butter until melted and hot but not simmering. Stir in sugar and salt; remove from heat and let cool to lukewarm.
        In a large bowl, combine 1/2 cup warm water and yeast. Let stand until foamy, about 5 minutes.
       Add warm milk mixture to yeast and stir. Whisk in flours. Cover with plastic wrap and let stand until doubled in volume, 2 to 3 hours at room temperature or overnight in the refrigerator.
          Heat waffle iron. Whisk eggs and baking soda into waffle batter. Using a pastry brush or paper towel, lightly coat iron with melted butter. Cook waffles (using about 1/2 cup batter per waffle) until golden and crisp. Butter the iron in between batches as needed. Serve waffles immediately as they are ready, or keep them warm in a 200-degree oven until ready to serve. 
                  Serve with honey ,maple syrup, ice-cream, melted chocolate etc.

1) Oldboy: (Drama, Mystery, Thriller, Action)

Released in 2003, the film follows the story of Oh Dae-su, who is locked in a hotel room for 15 years without knowing the identity of his captor or his captor's motives. When he is finally released, Dae-su finds himself still trapped in a web of conspiracy and violence. His own quest for vengeance becomes tied in with romance when he falls in love with an attractive young female sushi chef.
2) The Man from Nowhere: Action, Crime, Thriller

Released in 2010 the plot is about a quiet pawnshop keeper with a violent past takes on a drug-and-organ trafficking ring in hope of saving the child who is his only friend.

Released in 2003, this movie starts with a young woman is found raped and murdered in a ditch near a field. Soon after, another woman is found raped and murdered in a field. Local detective Park Doo-man, not having dealt with such a serious case before, is overwhelmed; key Evidence is improperly collected, the police's investigative methods are suspect, and their forensic technology is near non-existent. Detective Seo Tae-yoon is sent from Seoul to assist them; their methods clash and he is unable to convince them they are dealing with a serial killer until his predictions of another murder come true.
