Easily make cheese cakes
using three ingredients!!!
Ingredients:
3 large eggs (separated i.e. yolks and egg whites are kept in two different bowls)
White chocolate
¾ of a normal size cup
Cream cheese
½
of a normal size cup
Utensils needed:
6’’ cake pan
Parchment
paper
(all of the above mention ingredients and utensils are available in nearby supermarkets)
Procedure:
Melt the chocolate in a microwave. Let the chocolate
cool down before adding egg yolks. Mix the egg yolks and the cream with the molten
chocolate thoroughly.
In another bowl whip the egg whites slowly. Make sure
the egg whites are in room temperature makes it easier to whip them. Small amount
of egg white that are whipped are added to the previous mixture then gradually
the rest is added slowly and mixed well.
Pour the mixture in a 6’’baking pan. Line the 6’’ pan
with greased parchment paper to avoid cracking.
Take a steel or microwaveable tray. Put some water in
it and place the cake pan in it and put the whole thing inside a baking
microwave with 350 degrees Celsius temperature for 25 minutes. Check with a tooth-pick after 25
minutes. If it comes out clean, the cake is ready; if not, then leave it in for 10 more minutes in
the oven with the same temperature.
After it cools down you
can use topping of your own liking (Like molted chocolate/cream/foams etc!)
